8.2.4 Reduce an Incident by Moving the Start

8.2.5 Reduce an Incident by Moving the Start or End

Press the NO key to reduce the size of the incident by 100 images. The reduction will
be at the start or end depending on whether the

key was used last.
8.3 Creating an Incident by Setting the Start and End
An alternative method of creating an incident is to PAUSE at the start of the section of video that you wish
to backup and set that point, then PAUSE at the end of the section of video that you wish to backup and set
that point.
8.3.1 Set the start of an incident
Go to the start of the section of video that you wish to mark as an
incident. Any of the PLAY keys may be used.
SEARCH
You may wish to use the SEARCH facility to get to the required
place.
EVENTS
You may wish to use the EVENTS list to get to the required place.
Press the PAUSE key when you are at the required place in
the recording
INCIDENTS
Enter the INCIDENTS mode

Select a spare incident (or an existing incident if you wish to move the
marker)
ALT
and
Press the ALT and SET START keys. The time and date of the
start of the incident will added to the list
8.3.2 Set the end of an incident
Go to the end of the section of video that you wish to mark as an
incident. Any of the PLAY keys may be used.

You may wish to use the SEARCH facility to get to the required
place.
EVENTS
You may wish to use the EVENTS list to get to the required place.

the recording
